The World Cup preparation in Les Gets

Discover the World Cup making-off!

D-44 before the MTB World Cup beginning!

For more than 1 month, all the Bikepark’s shapers are working on the Bikepark and on the World Cup slopes, but they aren’t the only ones!

Last week, the students of Henri Queuille Neuvic Highschool greatly worked in the preparation of the cross-country slope, under the direction of David Moreau, director of the XCO race. What they did: pruning, cleaning, cutting and marking of technical parts.

If you want to discover their work and have a quick overview of the route:

The downhill route will be close to the one of the Crankworx, with some adjustments, especially about the broadening of the route. The slope is open from the 22nd of June and will be closed one week before the World Cup beginning.

Last 13 and 14 of May, a RedBull Media House team came in Les Gets, to make a spotting/cameras set-up, in order to broadcast all the World Cup's competitions.
