Something different for Valentine’s day! Surprise your loved one with a romantic dinner in the Mont Chery bubble on Valentine’s day 2012.

In the cabins, decorated to provide a warm, romantic atmosphere, one course will be served each time you pass through the lift station.


A new and original way to celebrate this romantic occassion with the added bonus of a stunning night view over the village.

Menu

Starter : Feuillantine of Corsican figatelli with figs and myrtle cream, served with wild nettle panacotta, peanuts and spices.

 

Main Course : Filet of Grouper with Indian spices or Filet of Ostrich served with a creamy brandy and cèpes sauce, accompanied with a marmalade of apple and courgettes, Darphin potatoes and roasted tomatoes.

 

Dessert: Chocolate and honey fondant served with a rose scented coulis and mini toffee apple.
