Congratulations Adeline ! 

Adeline Baud-Mugnier, the skier from Les Gets, is World Champion with the French Ski Team !

On Tuesday 14th February, The French Ski Team won the World Championships's Team Event (Parallel Slalom) in St-Moritz. 

Adeline Baud-Mugnier, Tessa Worley, Alexis Pinturault and Mathieu Faivre, won against Russia, Norway, Sweden, and finally Slovakia, by a few hundredths of a second. This is a real collective success, thanks to remarkable performance of each skier, including Adeline's, on this kind of race she has a fondness for.



A celebration will be held in the village in honour of our champion on Monday 20th February during the Red Ski Show, organized by the ESF (French Ski School) on the "Front de Neige".

 
Schedule
-          18h30 : Welcome drink with mulled wine or hot chocolate.
-          18h45 : Interview of Adeline at the beginning of the Show.
-          19h00 : Torchlight descent, then Adeline will walk in the crowd, accompanied by the ESF Les Gets ski instructors.
-          19h15 : Autograph signing session in the Ski School.
 

Adeline also finished 14th of the Giant Slalom on Thursday 16th February and ill compete in the Slalom on Saturday 18th February.
